The Harbor Freight 10×12 greenhouse was installed on a deck platform instead of a metal frame buried in the ground. The greenhouse came with four roof panels opening as vents, which are crucial for greenhouse ventilation as temperatures in the greenhouse far exceed outside temperatures during the summer. The completed panels were installed using the clips as shown in the HF instruction manual. The greenhouse was also modified to include a small taped rim visible on the panels.
The greenhouse was built using a Harbor Freight 10×12 greenhouse kit, which included modifications to the frame and panels. The window assembly and installation involved fastening the frame and panels using 16 normal bolts, 16 nuts, and 8 window screws. The window side covered in white film was facing outwards when installed. The bottom window frame was attached to the bolts and window pane, and the window support beams were attached to the roof studs. The roof studs were placed with predrilled holes on the underside and the flat side facing the crown. The greenhouse was then finished by installing the windows and ensuring proper ventilation.
