To edit a user’s permission level in Greenhouse, follow these steps:
- Click the name of the user whose permission level you wish to edit.
- Navigate to the Permissions panel and click Reassign permission.
- Assign next to the new user permission level.
- Edit a user’s assigned permission level by clicking the Configure icon in your navigation bar, then select Users from the left-side panel.
- Use the filter section to narrow down your list.
- Scroll down to the Permissions section.
- Set your working hours and time zone. Find your Greenhouse Recruiting user ID. Edit the name on your account. Add or edit a user email address.
To change permissions of a file, folder, drive, or registry key to allow or deny access for users and groups in Windows 10 and Windows 11. To add or remove endpoint permissions on an API key, go to the Dev Center in Greenhouse, click “API Credential Management”, and click “Manage Permissions”.
To edit a user’s assigned permission level, click the Configure icon in your navigation bar, then select Users from the left-side panel.
In the Greenhouse instance, select the Configure cog icon at the top-right of the page. Under the Configure sidebar, select “Users”.
To add or remove a Greenhouse Recruiting user’s developer permissions, navigate to the Users configure page.
To update a user’s permission, have a Site Admin with the Can edit another user’s advanced permissions role navigate to the user’s profile. The Site Admin can update permissions by navigating to your user page and clicking the Configure icon > Users > Your Name.
