Gold is one of three colors in the American suffrage movement, along with white and purple, which gave it instant visual recognition. Today, some members of the U.S. Congress are wearing yellow roses to mark 100 years since the House of Representatives voted to pass women’s suffrage. The right for women to vote became law in 1920.
MPs from across the benches were wearing yellow daffodil pins in support of Marie Curie. Some MPs wore crayon pins and many displayed Ukrainian flags in the House chamber. Yellow roses are a symbol of spring, new beginnings, and rebirth, with a bright and joyful yellow color. In the language of flowers, the yellow rose is now associated with friendship, hope, and loyalty.
The origin of the most recent trend on TikTok comes from “Flores Amarillas” (“Yellow Flowers”), a musical version of the Argentine novel. The bright flower was an outward symbol of their expression to gain equal representation. After decades of untold risk through oppression, yellow roses are universally known as symbols of friendship. Funds raised from people wearing the yellow flower pin provide care for people living with terminal illnesses and help the charity push for equal rights for women.

📹 Undertale Yellow but I kill everyone (Neutral + Genocide Run)

One thing I actually really like about the Genocide route in Yellow is that it feels a lot more motivated than in Undertale it’s an understandable motive that Clover would hate and want to kill the monsters who murdered those children, misguided considering most of the monsters had nothing to do with it but understandable all the same, and at the end Clover doesn’t do anything cartoonishly evil like destroy the world they just free the souls of the dead children and take them to freedom. It’s a depressing route but it’s not a surprising response to a nation condoning the murder of children.
13:15 for those uninformed. For flowey’s fight, he uses attacks and distorted forms of bosses you killed. So if you only killed only one boss then flowey could only use one boss attacks. So … either aeroartworks made the fight a bit easier since it’s less of a bullethell from flowey and more familiar attacks. Or he made it harder and made the fight longer … idk
I really like how different Yellow’s neutral route is compared to Undertale’s, it gives you a lot more of a reason to play it rather than just watch all the end cutscenes that someone else went through. The ending was absolutely miserable, though. Body Horror Flowey will probably be stuck in my head for a very long time.
Damn, you’re actually intended to do Pacifist, Genocide, & THEN Neutral. Undertale Yellow was made with the idea that you’d already have played Undertale (obviously) so you would know the most impactful routes are true pacifist & Genocide, & just out of curiosity play the Neutral route. The way Flowey’s fight in Neutral works is incredibly impactful when doing Neutral last, since Flowey only played a very minor role in the other two routes.
Thinking about it, I think it would be a cool add on if they gave you some interactions with other characters using knowledge from previous runs. Like say you run the pacifist route first, then go down the Genocide route. You get to your encounter with Ceroba and she’s like “I can’t forgive you for the horrible things you’ve done” and you hit her with the “Horrible things i’ve done? Pot calling the kettle black, sister.” Just a way to taunt her further, y’know?
honestly is telling how in the final fight the defence is still “we only took 5”, really shows that the monsters themselves don’t understand the hopelessness of being mercilesly hunted was exactly how they felt and they still can’t take accountability for endoursing it as a society. i could link it to everyone supporting then blaming toothbrush mustache man but ignoring any paralels, it really drives the justice of the protagonist. it can be easily argued murder is never justified, but then niether is child murder. crime should be punished and being complicit also makes you guilty. and if clover didn’t tear down that society, they simply would have continued, hell after the barrier break they would have immediately declared war. so in a way clover really is just france going for a preemtive war to reduce further bloodshed. obviously that doesn’t happen but frisks determination beaten the odds, any other child and ww3 would’ve been human nukes vs soul harvesting gods.
the Flowey boss was all different horror-esc inspiration from what i can tell, one was Madoka Magica, one had a Majora’s Mask Ben Drowned vibe, another was that old internet Impossible Quiz style i forget the direct inspiration though, either way it felt like a culmination of the creepypasta feel of the neutral route
