The Mana Pool is a crucial block in the Botania mod for Minecraft, storing Mana from generating flowers and providing it to nearby Mana consuming flowers and Mana Spreaders. It can store an enormous amount of Mana, which is 100x more than the standard Mana Pool. One Terrasteel needs half of a Mana Pool, which takes almost 5 minutes to fill. To obtain a Mana Pool, one must obtain a Mana Pearl or Mana Diamond by throwing an Ender Pearl or Diamond in a Mana Pool with sufficient Mana.
To fill the Mana Pool from a flower, empty the plant as soon as possible. Combining velocity lenses with potent lenses and higher-grade spreaders can also help. Tossing certain resources into a Mana Pool will infuse them with Mana from the pool, turning them into more magically useful forms like Manasteel Ingots or Mana Pearls. A Wand of the Forest can read the Mana Pool and automatically bind flowers to specific resources.
To create a Mana Pool, place your Daybloom on dirt or Hydroangeas by water where it will have access to the sun. Place a Mana Spreader near the flower and then place a Mana Pool near the flower. In bind mode, shift right-click the Endoflame and right-click one of the Mana Spreaders to link them. Once linked, throw down some Mana.
