How To Take Care Of Indoor Peace Lilies?

Peace lilies are a popular houseplant variety that can be easily maintained and added to your home. To ensure their beauty, ensure they receive six to eight hours of indirect sunlight daily, water about once a week, and fertilize every month during spring and summer. Choose a well-lit spot away from doors and fireplaces, and plant them in an all-purpose potting soil topped with sphagnum moss to retain water.

For indoor peace lilies, provide consistent ideal conditions, especially humidity, diffused light, and consistent fertilizer. Keep the plant hydrated in light, steamy bathrooms and kitchens, and repot in spring using houseplant compost. Keep peace lilies out of areas where they’ll get direct sunlight all day, as it may dry them out too much.

Grow peace lilies in a bright spot out of direct sunlight, water regularly, keeping the compost moist but not wet. The ideal temperature range for peace lilies is 65 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Spritz the leaves every week with softened or distilled water, and give them evenly moist, well-drained soil and temperatures of at least 55 degrees. If peace lilies wilt every two to three days, repot them in.

Watering peace lilies attentively is crucial, adding enough water when the potted soil is dry to keep them lightly moist. Avoid sticking your finger in the soil to check before watering, as they don’t want the roots to stay soggy. Peace lilies prefer medium to low light and can tolerate partial shade, making them ideal for office spaces.
