This tutorial demonstrates how to create a beautiful fabric daisy using felt pieces and various materials. The process involves gathering tools and materials, cutting felt pieces according to the pattern, and gluing them together to create a headband. The daisy is then made by bending a wire tip through the back petal and gluing the flower center on top. The headband is finished by gluing 4 flowers and 4 leaves onto it.
The tutorial also provides instructions on creating fabric rose bouquets, which can be combined with other fabric flowers like daisies or tulips to create a beautiful bouquet that will never wilt. Fabric rose accessories can be transformed into various styles and techniques, such as box fold, wire edged, rosette, and posie.

You are a darling for posting this. Thank you. I just thought of the most brilliant idea for a gift that will be a memorable one. A fabric store that I go to does custom fabric designs. I have a good friend and I thought of having lots of different photos of us done on the fabric. Will then make the flowers accordingly and soft wire to the back and then plant them into a beautiful pot plant with cement and use it as a door stopper!!! 😁❤️🤗
I like this! I just finished making about a zillion and ten flowers for my sister’s dog grooming business. She puts them on the girl dogs after they’re groomed, and she says the customers love them. This one will really look cute! And I have a BUNCH of fabric scraps I can use. Thanks so much for sharing this.
Yeah, 3 1/2 inches doesn’t work for me either, so I had to do a second template, taking into consideration the space that I found I had been left with. It’s more like maybe 3 3/4 when I did it. But it still turned out really pretty. Thanks for the idea. It’s simple and pretty, and I imagine one can take it in different directions, using really colourful thread for instance or trying something maybe a bit bigger. I made a cute brooch for my piano teacher and will be giving it to her this weekend. I’m sure she will like it.
I just love ALL of your tutorials and thank you so very much for sharing them to all the “newbies”, like me. You help to encourage me that I can do this and I certainly am going to try. I do have a question regarding the dies. I noticed that this flower is a Sisx ( not sure of the spelling ). I know that the machines and dies are expensive but they do make a big difference on some of the hand made flowers…. where would you suggest a “newbie” to go to make a purchase for these items?? Again, you do such beautiful work…. I love perusal your tutorials !!
