i have to comment to tell that this is my ist time cooking pancit bihon na perfect. i can cook spaghetti or any other meryenda, but i have a hard time with bihon.minsan dry, minsan maalat dahil sa patis, minsan kumpol kumpol at nagdidikit, minsan overcook. may isang bihon ako na mag eexpire na at nagkataong magluluto ako ng tinola then naisip kong lutuin ang bihon dahil sayang kung itatapon. napakasimple na sundan at yung gulay literal na 2 lang kaya hindi mabusisi ..ayun perfect pancit bihon guisado na nagustuhan ng mama at hubby ko. thank you sir for this recipe
