How Much Crop Space Does The Greenhouse Have For Stardew?

The Stardew Valley Greenhouse is a 7×6 space on your farm that can be repaired by completing the Pantry Bundles for the Community Center or purchasing “Greenhouse” from the Joja Community. The interior of the building features a 10×12 plot for crops and a gutter to replenish your watering can. Once restored, you can plant anything you like, taking up a 7×6 space on your farm. The greenhouse is effectively the Tardis of Stardew Valley.

Stardew Valley players must complete the restoration of the pantry in the Community Center to unlock the Greenhouse. The bundles and their requirements include ensuring that crops grow on the available 10×12 plot of land, and that giant crops won’t grow inside the greenhouse. Multiple harvest crops and fertilizer will never disappear from the greenhouse unless removed by the player.

To fill the plantable area, 116 plants need to be planted and 6 sprinklers are used. Fruit trees can also be added to the tiles outside the plantable area, growing on the tiled portion of the greenhouse’s edges. The perfect greenhouse layout can handle 18 fruit trees and 116 plants, using 6 iridium sprinklers. This guide has been updated to include information on unlocking the greenhouse, maximizing its space, and the crops that will bring players the most profit.
