Blue orchids, commonly found in the market, are not actually blue but are made by injecting a blue dye into the stem of the plant. These orchids are perfectly alive and very much real, but the coloring is man-made and unnatural. Some of the real blue-colored orchids include Aganisia cyanea, Thelymitra crinite, and Vanda coerulea. They all need intensive care, which entails proper moisture, light, and temperature.
True blue orchids do exist, defying the common misconception that blue hues in flowers are purely the result of human intervention. Vanda coerulea, also known as the blue orchid or the blue phalaenopsis, is the only surefire true blue orchid confirmed based on research. These orchids are 100 real flowers, but they are not naturally occurring flowers. The plant still functions as any other phalaenopsis does, requiring proper care.
Dyed blue orchids are popular, but the color is artificial. Real blue orchids are rare and hard to find. The orchids that are available in grocery stores, florists, and big box stores are dyed blue. While there are some species of rare, blue-flowered orchids, they are Phalaenopsis orchids that do not grow that way in the wild. The color is injected into the bloom spike and finds its way into the flowers.
In conclusion, while blue orchids are beautiful and realistic, they are not truly blue. They are rare and hard to find, and their unique colors are often resigned to lesser known species with lavender/blue hues.

Is Laurie based on a real person?
The novel revolves around the March family, including Jo’s and Fritz’s sons Robert and Theodore Bhaer, who are named after the March girls’ father and Laurie. John Brooke, a tutor to Laurie, falls in love with Meg during his employment as a bookkeeper. When Meg leaves for college, Brooke continues his employment with Mr. Laurence. Aunt March overhears Meg accepting John’s declaration of love, but they defy her and marry. Brooke serves in the Union Army for a year and is sent home as an invalid when he is wounded. Brooke marries Meg when she turns twenty.
Meg’s twin sons and daughters are named after both Meg and Marmee, while Demi is named after John and the Laurence family. Josephine Brooke, Meg’s youngest child, develops a passion for acting as she grows up. The March family also includes various other families, such as Uncle and Aunt Carrol, Florence “Flo” Carrol, May and Mrs. Chester, Miss Crocker, Mr. Dashwood, Mr. Davis, Estelle “Esther” Valnor, The Gardiners, The Hummels, The Kings, The Kirkes, and The Lambs.
James Laurence, Laurie’s grandfather, finds comfort in becoming a benefactor to the Marches and protects them while their parents are away. He develops a special, tender friendship with Beth, reminding him of his late granddaughter. He gives Beth the girl’s piano.
Laurie Laurence, a rich young man living opposite the Marches, is the “boy next door” to the March family and has an overprotective paternal grandfather, Mr. Laurence. After eloping with an Italian pianist, Laurie’s father was disowned by his parents, and both his mother and father died young. As a boy, Laurie is being tutored by John Brooke, described as attractive and charming.
In Little Women, the characters are based on family members and friends, with the main character being Laurie, who is portrayed as a ” fortunate outsider” who observes Mrs. March and the March sisters. The characters include Elizabeth Laurence, the only daughter of Laurie and Amy, who develops a love for art as she grows up. Aunt Josephine March, a wealthy widow, disapproves of the family’s poverty, charitable work, and superficial aspects of society. She dies near the end of the first book, and Jo and Friedrich turn her estate into a school for boys.
Annie Moffat, Ned Moffat, Hannah Mullet, Miss Norton, Susie Perkins, the Scotts, Tina, the Vaughans, Fred Vaughan, and Frank Vaughan are all characters in the novel. The youngest sister, Kate, is the family beauty, while the oldest, Grace, is the youngest. The middle siblings, Fred and Frank, are twins, and Laurie’s rivalry with the richer Fred for Amy’s love inspires him to pull himself together and become more worthy of her. Amy eventually rejects Fred, knowing she does not love him and decides not to marry out of ambition.
Luisa Alcott’s portrayal of her family is an idealized one, with Mr. March being portrayed as a hero of the American Civil War and a gainfully employed chaplain, while Bronson Alcott is very present in his family’s household due to his inability to find steady work. The March family is portrayed as living in genteel penury, but the Alcott family, dependent on an improvident, impractical father, suffers real poverty and occasional hunger.
Similar scholars have examined the diaries of Abigail Alcott’s mother, Abigail Alcott, who believed that Little Women was heavily inspired by her own early life. Initially, Alcott did not want to publish the novel, claiming it was boring and she wasn’t sure how to write girls, but was encouraged by her editor Thomas Niles to write it within 10 weeks.
In summary, Little Women is a story about a family of characters who are influenced by their family members and friends. The characters are drawn from familiar elements, such as the March family, the March sisters, and the March sisters themselves. However, the portrayal of the family is often idealized and unrealistic, highlighting the struggles and hardships faced by the characters.

Are blue orchids natural color?
Blue moth orchids (Phalaenopsis) are often sold by florists or garden centers, which are white flowers dyed to achieve a unique color. A food-grade dye is injected into the base of the flower scape, and as water moves up the stem to the opening flowers, the dye changes the white bloom to blue. The bloom remains that color until it falls off, and if the orchid reblooms, the new flowers will be their original white color.
Other unnatural colors like orange or bright green are also popular during certain holidays. Identifying the orchid as dyed is often seen by younger, lighter flowers and the injection site can be found by inspecting the base of the flower scape near the leaves.
Why are blue orchids so expensive?
Blue orchids are rare and fascinating to hobbyists and collectors due to their unique color. However, due to their high demand, they are often abused by companies for quick profit. Chemical manipulation can be used to alter the DNA of these orchids, but this can cause temporary discoloration and damage to the plant. Another method is to inject dyes into the flowers, discoloring them and damaging the plant’s health.
The next bloom usually turns out to be a white orchid of mass production, highlighting the dangers of chemical manipulation in the orchid world. It is essential to research and protect these rare and unique orchids to ensure their continued conservation and appreciation.
📹 It Will Take 10+ Years For You To Realize You Could Do This – RDR2
999 iq way to obtain jail key, harmonica & other items from Rhodes fence.
also, houses with interiors like the one at the laramie boys ranch that have locked doors that don’t let you kick or break them open usually let you jump through the windows. this is how you can get a lot of loot from buildings that are scripted to only be opened in a mission later on. the laramie ranch one is where sadie takes you to kill the rest of the odriscolls in chp. 6, and that’s when the door becomes unlocked. before then, you’re not supposed to be able to enter it but you can by just jumping through a window.
I just wish we couldve done a little more in tbe postgame. Like a dlc with different robbery operations. Not online but actual story with yourself or a posse you make. Have like 40 different bank heists or something and make it never ending. The bank stuff is probably my fav in rdr2. Would be really easy for them to program along with some other things. Maybe in the next one we can really get into crime beyond only robbing coaches, people, and trains. Dlc wouldve been extremely easy for them to do with the massive map and its an absolute blunder for them not to do it. The entirety or the original rdr area has nothing and is 100% prime for a major expansion
This game to this day for me is still one of my favorite games ever made and that includes the first ever OG Mario (I was born in 84 lol). I’m not a huge gamer but I do play RDR2 damn near every day after work for an hour or two. I’ve played it through from beginning to end at least 10 times. I’m on a play through right now where we are at the final camp but I have basically just been exploring every inch of the map possible lol and I’ve actually had some encounters that I’ve never had before and found some things I haven’t found in my previous play throughs so it keeps things interesting. I bought the PS5 for the God of War RAGNARÖK bundle (I’m Norse Pagan) but I only played it through once lol and went right back to RDR2. It had been a year or more since I played it when I started playing again about two months ago. Anyways I’m rambling lol peace y’all
Ok most of these articles “Only 1% of players have done or found this” I actually found on my first play through, no problem. But THIS RIGHT HERE son, is GOLD! Finally a article that helps. Cause it did have me wondering, cause you can clearly see there were items inside that you’d be allowed to loot and such. GG bro!
I didn’t read the description before perusal the article, so I had no idea what you were doing! You’re right, I never would have found out how to get in there even after 10 years! 👍 The fact that you can pick up that stuff… Do you know if the key works for anything? I guess antagonizing that NPC and picking up that cheese wedge is not required for this to work? 😉😆
I love this game so much, I’m trying to 100% complete it currently and I beaten it countless times but it DOES NOT matter how long I played this game or how many times I beat it because I still learn so many new things each time I play it. Like for another example I knew about those statues in a cave by the Indian reserve and Donner falls but I never knew if you press them in a certain order it gives you gold bars. This game is just incredible and the one game you will be excited about to replay through the story mode as much as you want
Yeah I figured that you could loot stuff in places you aren’t supposed to get into, within my first few hours in chapter 2… all it takes is using eagle eye and seeing a chest of drawers and night stand glowing gold (meaning you can search/loot it)… there’s also some trunks at train stations you can actually open but they’ve always been empty for me… saw the furniture glowing in the house in Strawberry pretty early- (where there eventually ends up being an encounter with peeping toms). It’s locked but many cases of that. In banks and other areas like the locked room across from “the mailman” in Saint Denis- but in the same building… there’s the same thing in a lot of places actually- objects that glow, and furniture that glows to be searched. There’s some things that glow out of reach- i saw a plant glowing for picking/eating like 20 feet off the ground in the side of a tree (near the ranch, SW of lagras. I was looking for the orchids and there’s a spot there).
I’m thinking maybe for Micahs jailbreak mission… you can get to this fence a LONG time before you have to free micah to progress further… plus, that’s a known option (out of multiple) to free him in that mission- by obtaining the jail keys and using them there.. just my thoughts, who knows though! ANYONE?! I need answers! Lol
A friend and i got in there online over a year ago doing the same thing actually.. First happened when he threw a stick of dynamite at me while i was purchasing stuff and i just happened to land inside. I shot arrows at him till he made it in, after that we were curious about other buildings and we found a glitch to get inside of any building… mainly used it on the banks and even the back rooms where the safes are at. Cant keep the keys online unfortunately
Do you start with a rifle? Or do u have to pick it up somewhere? i am up the mountain with Javier? in pursued by a memory,he tells me to get my rifle, but i def. do NOT have one and i cannot continue without it If i have to go back somewhere to get it,i cannot find a way to go back in the game Is it in saved games somewhere? i cannot ever choose a level to load,so i cant back track Please advise
Finding jail cell keys makes me curious if chapter 2 Arthur can gain access to dynamite arrows, do this glitch, take those keys, and use them to just (after strawberry jail sheriffs cutscene) walk through and open the cell, or would it still require you to take the looted keys off the dead sheriff once you end em
